Natural
State Reduction System
Made in Ontario Solution with The Environment
in Trust
Proven Community Solid Waste & Biosolids Solutions |
NSRS
converts to energy: (while recycling
glass, aluminum, and metals)
- Unsorted or sorted MSW,
Medical waste
- Plastics, residue and film
- Wood waste, oily waste, coal
- Furniture, tires, biosolids
- Other organic or man made
compounds found in municipal or
industrial waste |

GWPT's proprietary process and system adds to an already
proven reduction method called Thermal Oxidation. This
base thermal process has performed below the most restrictive
limits of the US Air Quality Environmental Standards as
required by the USEPA and Ontario MOE, and has passed
the federal environmental standards review in 17 countries
including Malaysia, Japan, England and France. One of
the major benefits of this system is that, should a municipality’s
waste stream vary in content over time, with regard to
“man made” or organic content of any kind,
the new NSRS technology has the best range of performance
to maintain a safe environment. The process consists of
oxygen starvation consumable processes that break down
all “man made” or organic materials to its
natural state. In more simplified terminology it removes
the bonds that hold materials together. This system virtually
composts anything that is put into the biosphere, rendering
the matter inert. The time frame to complete the composting
process is approximately 12 hours. Because of oil based
products, and the volatility of same, the composting process
is expedited. The NSRS technology is a 21st century, waste
consumable, environmentally friendly, state of the art
technology that meets all environmental standards set
down by the US Environmental Protection Act.
This Canadian owned system is the most effective, in our
opinion, waste reduction technology ever brought before
city or provincial officials. GWPT will support this statement
with contractual understandings that will be a highly
competitive bid, based upon the demands of the omission
of landfill. Meaning simply: the government has a feasible
answer to its waste management problems. |

Unique Canadian Owned Process
All glass, aluminum, and metals are 100% recycled
with a proprietary automated post gas conversion sorting
system
Small Land Requirements (0.5% or less of landfill
area)
No obnoxious odors that landfill generates
No significant maintenance required
Exothermic Process: Low supplemental energy required
No highly trained operators required
Very low daily operating costs
Base technology has been supported by the U.S. Department
of Energy
Advanced demonstration facility (mobile and stationary)
is in development
Exclusive ‘Waste Watch’
surveillance system
Base process has been commercially proven for 7 years.
Competitive Advantage
98.5% average waste volume reduction
Scalability (modular cells: 58 to 2500 ton per day
systems)
No sorting or other interventions required
Unload into system and consumable composting takes
care of the rest
No Landfill required as part of process
Very low material handling
Average installation time: 3 to 6 Months
Thermal Oxidation process
in commercial operation for 7 years.
Natural State Reduction System
Made in Ontario Solution for Proven, Sustainable Waste
Recovery
Reduction technology is not an incineration or combustion
process due to the lack of oxygen present at the time
of conversion, and because of the elongated digestion
process (20,000 times longer material exposure time than
incineration). |

| Basic
flow Diagram (Above) |
Syngas filtering: continuous, clean operation
Composts even plastics over a 12 hr. period into inert
ash compound
Reverts any man made, or organic waste product back
to its natural state: inert ash or breathable air
Converts mixed, hydrocarbon waste materials first
into a BTU-rich gaseous fuel; in effect composting and
sterilizing man made products, and organics at 800-1200
degrees F
Emissions are captured and used as a non-fossil fuel
source for various on site or local energy requirements
Resultant fibrous residue (2%): salts, inert ash
