In addition to holding patents for its NSRS technology, GWPT has pursued other Circle of Life Technologies including two water purification patents and the SIRT (Scrubbing Ionized Rain Tunnel) patented process that addresses a critical need. The SIRT process reduces toxic coal fired power plant emissions to zero by capturing them in an advanced, easily maintained, closed loop ionized water delivery system. As well, the final clean CO2 emissions can be sequestered within the tunnel to form a calcium carbonate product or other advanced technology CO2 applications.

While GWPT is focused on bringing NSRS units to market in 2011, development work will continue on SIRT and water purification technologies.
